This fan-assisted convection oven by King Edward bakes and displays potatoes as well as being suitable for a wide range of foodstuffs, including bread and savouries. An added feature to this potato oven is the illuminated 360° merchandising display top for cooked food. This machine has three oven shelves and is easy to clean and maintain.
